Does Lone Star Behavioral Health accept student interns?
We accept a limited number of student interns per semester. Currently, we are accepting interns working towards their LMSW, LPC-A, and LCDC. If approved, you may be placed at either our inpatient or outpatient program. If you have any questions about student intern availability or the process, please contact our clinical director at abaynes@lsbhealth.net.
Please verify with your school to be sure LSBH meets the criteria needed for your program.
Does your facility conduct drug screenings?
To ensure the best quality care for our patients, a drug screening will be conducted by one of our registered nurses during the interview process.
LSBH does reserve the right to conduct random drug screenings, and will drug screen if any work place related incident that results in injury occurs.
